Receipt Upload Guidelines
When scanning or taking a photo of your receipt/proof of purchase, please circle the product on the receipt and make sure that the product name, purchase date, store name and transaction amount are visible.
Photography Tips
Perfect
The receipt is in good condition, well lit on a plain background and squarely orientated.
Too Dark
Make sure the receipt is not obscured by shadows or objects.
Crumpled
Make sure the receipt is not damaged and can be read easily.
Skewed
Make sure your receipt is not significantly tilted towards or away from the camera.
